Justin Brady is a dad, husband, patriot, pilot, broker, builder, property manager, chicken farmer, fixer of things, and lover of people. His resume is well-decorated and could be better described as circular than linear. Why couldn’t a guy decide to be a developer?
On the job training began at an early age on the family farm. Paychecks from construction jobs paid tuition for a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology and Geography, but it was an elective course in property management that wetted his appetite for pursuing a career in real estate.
Justin has a habit of improvement. Approaching most projects with a wet finger in the wind, instinct has weighed heavily in business ventures and when a beautiful 50-acre estate in his backyard hit the market, the idea factory got to work. What if more kids could grow up on farms again? What if more people could eat food they watched grow again? What if neighbors could know each other again? With the resourcefulness of a farmer, an appetite for reusing, good acumen for networking and a trusting wife, this outdoor playground, engulfed by suburban sprawl, will transform into a farmmunity.
